Greenway Health

This project was an accelerated schedule for an entire floor consisting of new HVAC, lighting/electrical, millwork and finishes.

AFH Peachtree Office

This project involved the buildout of the new/relocated In-town brokerage office of Atlanta Fine Homes.

BHHS

This project was a 1st generation build out. Scope included all new lighting, ceilings, HVAC, millwork, custom wood trim, finishes etc

Convergint Technologies

Convergint Technologies relocated their Atlanta office to a flex space. The scope included retrofitting the floor plan, new millwork, flooring, paint relocated MEP systems over 19,287 SF of office space and 4,411 SF of warehouse.

Femasys

This project consisted of demolition of the existing office space and new construction of a medical product headquarters.

Finsync

Finsync was a tenant who took over a open space floor plan and added all new MEP systems, millwork and finishes.

Gwinnett Derm MOHS

This project was a full demo and rebuild of a medical office building suite. The scope consisted of all new finishes, new ceilings, retrofit of partitions, and relocation of MEP trades

HCWA

Henry County Water & Sewer Authority was awarded as a competitive bid project. This was a 5 month project that spread over 18,000 SF. Scope included all new MEP systems, new millwork, wall and flooring finishes.

Ideal Gynecology

Ideal Gynecology was a 4900sf medical office build-out. This facility includes exam rooms, labs, doctor offices, nurse stations, waiting room and check-out area. This project was awarded from a competitive bid and was completed in 10 weeks.

Montlick and Associates

This project was an occupied renovation performed on nights and weekends.

NAPC - West Paces

This facility includes exam rooms, labs, X-Ray rooms, doctor offices and nurse stations and the project included a upgraded waiting room & check-out area.

PPE Inman Park

This general practice clinic was a complete demo and remodel from floor to ceiling. All lighting, plumbing, HVAC, Millwork, and finishes were new.

PPE Union City

This project was retrofit of a previous medical space updating the existing 3,500 SF floor plan with all new millwork, flooring, paint/wallcovering, and plumbing. The job was time lined on an accelerated schedule completing start-finish in 4 weeks.

Reflexis Systems

This project was completed on an accelerated schedule with extensive mechanical equipment and finishes throughout

Restroom Renovation 1

KR-Witwer was awarded this project on competitive bid. Complete remodel of common area restroom finishes including, plumbing locations, acoustical, lighting, floor/wall tile and restroom accessories was updated

Resurgens Ortho

This project was a 3 phase project taking place in an occupied medical facility. All finishes were updated along with a new floor plan and updated MEP's.

SCWH

The 1st generation medical office buildout consisted of all new MEP equipment throughout, upgraded finishes

Surgery Center 1

KR-Witwer is currently working on a 3 phase project over 25,000 SF. The scope of this project entails adding to patient exam rooms, remodeling existing surgery center (HVAC, electrical, millwork and finishes), updating exterior sidewalks, canopies, and entryways.

Wellcentive

This project was a tenant buildout that merged three office spaces into one 12,853 sf open floor plan concept. The scope of work included new millwork, flooring and other finishes throughout.
